If you are someone who faces a grind with your weight issues, you might like reading this article. I have had issues with my own weight and after alot of determination, I have lost the weight. I needed to be true to myself I knew that I did not do much exercise, and I like all of the bad foods. I am a fast food addict, this is because of my very busy way of life. My biggest problem was that I liked snack foods, like cookies, and candy, and I also drank alot of alcohol to help me get confidence in myself.

People use to tell me to stop eating all of these fat types of foods, like burgers, and pizza. They would also tell me to go to the gym, and exercise. It seems like all the gyms are full of people in good shape, and good health, and I just didn’t feel right going there. So what I thought of doing, was to start my own weight loss plan. I figured I would start the day off with a good healthy breakfast for starters. Then I would eat a salad or something for lunch, but for dinner I ate whatever I felt like. The hardest part though was, not to eat in between my meals. I had to stop eating all of my unhealthy snack foods during the day. This was not easy for me to do, but I was very determined.
