Weight Loss Tips to Help Stay On Track and Eat Less

If you get sidetracked from your diet whenever life becomes busy and stressful, take heart because it happens to just about every dieter. Dieting gets easier as you work to incorporate it into your life and make permanent changes in your eating habits. Continue reading for some great tips to help you keep your resolve and reinforce those good eating habits.

Put snack foods into separate servings-sized portions, using sandwich baggies or small plastic containers. Keep them in the cupboard or fridge so that you always have a snack in the right portion. When stress hits, sometimes it just seems easier to open the bag of chips and keep eating, but you always feel worse later. Help yourself remain disciplined by preparing snack portions ahead of time.

Use a smaller-sized plate to help you adjust to smaller meal sizes. A big part of eating involves visual cues, such as food that looks appetizing and a plate that looks full and bountiful. Put your reduced portion meal on a huge dinner plate and you will feel deprived before you have even eaten. Find a plate that is the right size to accommodate your normal diet-portioned meals so that you can feel good about them.

Try not to eat food quickly and mindlessly. One of the downfalls of skipping meals during the day is the voracious appetite that you wind up with later on. This can cause some people to wolf down their food and start looking for seconds before their body has even registered the meal. Eat more slowly and avoid working on something while you eat so that you can give eating your full attention and appreciate your meal.

Reduce the size of your bites. If you are used to eating on the go, and you are always in a hurry, it’s tempting to try to get food into your stomach in the fewest bites possible. This takes a lot of the joy out of eating, and it also makes you feel like you did not have a very large meal. Take small bites, chew them thoroughly, and you will get more satisfaction from each meal. Additionally, your digestion should improve because your stomach has less work to do when your food is properly chewed in your mouth.

Put your fork down while you are chewing each bite of food. This is a very simple way to slow down your eating. If you can take a little bit more time to eat, you will be rewarded with a more “full” and satisfied feeling after your meal.

Eat with others and have conversations during meal times. Talking is a great way to slow down your rate of consumption, and it also makes for a more relaxing experience overall. As long as you are participating in the conversation, it’s more difficult to overeat when you eat slowly in between conversational bites.

Try preparing meals ahead of time. For example, make a week’s worth of breakfasts, such as a quiche recipe that works with your diet, and freeze or refrigerate. Now you have an easy way to enjoy foods that fit your diet requirements, and if you wake up late or come home from work completely frazzled, all you need to do is heat up your meal and eat.

Changing eating habits takes time, and the pressures of daily life can make it tougher to make good eating choices all the time. Try some of the tips mentioned above, and hopefully you will see yourself sticking to your new way of eating with fewer problems and a much higher rate of success.

And now I invite you to find out more by visiting http://athomefitnesssolutions.com to get started right away to reach your weight loss goals.

Juicing Diets

Wednesday, February 29th, 2012

Diets — we all think we know what that word means. The problem is that there are at least three meanings for the term “juicing diets.” They might more specifically be called

* juicing fasts,

* juicing diets for weight loss, and

* the life-time juicing diet.

A juicing fast is something to be done for only 1-2 days. You consume only juiced vegetables, perhaps with a little lemon juice, for 24 to 48 hours as a way to clean out your system — a good thing to do on a stay-at-home weekend. It is unhealthy — even life-threatening — if continued for a long period. Your body needs proteins and fats unavailable in simple juices. You compromise your body’s functioning if you do not supply all the nutrients your body needs, so do not fast more than two days.

A fast is a good jump start for a juicing diet for weight loss. On this weight-loss program, you need to drink 1-2 large glasses of juice daily. This will provide all the nutrients for which the consumption of fruits and vegetables are recommended, whether recommended by mom, Uncle Sam, or your personal nutritionist. Concentrate on juicing vegetables, using fruits, carrots, and sweet potatoes sparingly to sweeten the mixtures. Spices or herbs can also add amazing variety for no calories at all.

Juicing too many of the sweet things will not only increase the calorie count, but can seriously raise your blood sugar level. This is not good for anyone and is especially bad for diabetics and pre-diabetics. You can stay on a juicing diet for weight loss for a long as you need to lose weight. Don’t forget calories do count, and be sure to use low-fat protein sources and only healthy fats along with your daily juice for maximum weight loss. Also remember that consuming juice doesn’t change the need for daily exercise.

Sooner or later, however, you will want to adopt the life-long juicing diet. This is not so much a “juicing diet” as a “juicing way of life.” Consuming 1-2 glasses of freshly juiced fruits and vegetables daily will give you all the juicing benefits:

* the highest possible nutrient value, not spoiled by oxidation nor heat

* maximum freshness

* infinite variety suited to your own tastes

* convenience of preparation — ready on your schedule

You want to start a juicing diet? That’s great, but be sure you know which juicing diet to embark on. You may begin with a brief, cleansing juicing fast, although that is not necessary. You may then want to take on a goal-oriented juicing diet for weight loss, but only until you reach your goal. Then you move to the life-long juicing diet of 1-2 glasses of juice daily. This will let you enjoy all the benefits of juicing. Your three “diets” will have turned simply into a healthier lifestyle.

Winter Weight Gain – How Does It Happen And What Can We Do About It?

Wednesday, February 29th, 2012

Winter weight gain is a common complaint of many people. It would appear that every winter we add a few pounds, and come summer we do not lose all of them again either. A few of them always stick around, causing us to be a little heavier yearly. They seem to be very hard to lose extra inches! Why does this happen and exactly what can we all do?

There are many contributing factors. First, it appears likely that people possess a genetic disposition to keep more fat as winter approaches. Many animals do that and it was probably vital to survival for your ancestors. Extra layers of fat on our bodies protect us against the cold and then can be used as fuel in the late winter and springtime when food stocks would historically be very low. We probably tend to eat more within the fall, when meals are plentiful after the harvest, to assist this process along. We may also unconsciously choose foods which can be higher in fat content at the moment. This is a good time for you to use a supplement that may curb your appetite. A clinically proven supplement is Phen375, buy soon and acquire a $40 rebate.

Hormonal levels may also influence our weight gain. The interaction of hormones and other chemicals within the brain can result in variations in appetite and cravings. Some neurotransmitters may also influence the way you eat. People who are overweight often have low levels of those neurotransmitters and also the results may include excessive appetite, depression and sleep disorders. Simultaneously, the possible lack of daylight caused by the shortening days during late fall and winter can bring on seasonally affected disorder or winter depression. One of the quickest ways to give a boost to the power levels and emotions is to consume high carbohydrate foods including sugar treats, chips and cereals that give us a fast blood sugar levels ‘fix’. So people who feel lower in the wintertime will have a tendency to overeat or eat the wrong foods, leading to weight gain, more depression and a vicious circle that is not easy to break.

So altogether there are many reasons why we eat more high carbohydrate foods for example cookies, pies and chocolate during the cold months, and of course many of these foods also contain high levels of fats. The best way to handle this can be generally to substitute other foods which are also high in carbohydrate to ensure that we obtain what our own bodies craves, but which have low fat content and plenty of fiber. What this means is potatoes, wholegrain bread without butter, wholegrain rice, cereals, and fresh whole fruit.

It is also crucial that you take more exercise. Often our physical exercise levels drop during the cold months and that we usually tend to want to stay at home and rest. This is natural when it is cold outside. But we are not cavemen! We have heating in our homes and may make certain that there will always be a lot of food within the stores come February. And we don’t need to stow fat like our ancestors did. Sign up along with a gym or get a stationary bicycle for that den. Transform those carbs into energy now instead of keeping it on the waistline until spring. Winter extra weight is easily avoidable by doing this.

There is no question that a supplement to suppress the appetite is quite beneficial to eliminate weight gain and also to increase fat loss. Many people are asking, “Where to get African Mango?” and rightly so, it has proven to be very effective at helping people slim down.

Why Vegetables Juice Recipes Are Delightfully Healthy

Tuesday, February 28th, 2012

Vegetables are rich in anti-oxidants that can slow down aging. Drinking vegetable juice recipes can improve your body’s metabolic rate, strengthen your immune system, and reduce stress, diabetes and other heart problems. What do you need to remember about vegetables juice recipes?

Ample research should be done when making vegetable juice recipes, especially if you are suffering from diabetes or other serious health conditions. You cannot just combine random vegetables and fruits and expect them to do the trick for you. Do your research and find out which vegetables can cure or worsen your health.

Tips and Guidelines for Making Vegetables Juice Recipes Carrots are best for lowering the risk of cancer tumors and improving the eyesight. If you are looking for ways to solve your asthma problems, then try to combine strawberries and apples with your vegetables. Corn is the best ingredient to use if you have kidney problems. However, you should avoid it you have high blood sugar. There are lots of tips when it comes to choosing ingredients for your vegetable juice recipes. You don’t need to learn all of them though, just master a few ingredients and try to experiment every now and then. You can also consult your doctor or nutritionist about this.

Some ingredients, like wheatgrass, can solve a number of medical problems. Wheatgrass can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of ulcers and colon cancer. You’ll be able to feel significant changes in your body after a few weeks of drinking wheatgrass juice continuously. Remember to invest in quality juicers to make sure that you will get the most nutrients out of your ingredients. A good juicer will last for a long time and would be able to extract more juice from your ingredients. You can even consider using your juicer for a restaurant, this way you can promote health and wellness while gaining a profit.

Try these green leafy vegetable juice recipes: 1/2 cup of spinach 1 cup of cucumber 1/2 cup of celery 1 beets, sliced 1/2 cup of carrots

Make sure to wash the vegetables properly to remove the pesticides and fertilizers used on the vegetables. Put all the ingredients in the juicer and serve it cold with some ice.

Here’s one of my favorite vegetables juice recipes: Ingredients: 4 pieces of tomatoes 1 lemon 1 bell pepper 1/4 cup Celery

This is a very nutritious drink that can remove the toxins in your body. The lemons also give it a refreshing twist. I usually drink this for breakfast to cleanse my body of toxins, surely a delectable option to make the most of these vegetable juice recipes!

Safe Weight Loss Product Shopping? This Might Help!

Tuesday, February 28th, 2012

By Lee Murray Jr.

Are you looking for a safe weight loss product that will deliver you the results you’re after without compromising your health? That sounds pretty much like the ideal, doesn’t it? Such products do exist, but it does generally seem that safety weakens a product’s effectiveness. Meanwhile, super powerful products are often met with resistance by people claiming they are dangerous.

These days, natural supplements are all the rage. Among these are goji, acai, hoodia, caralluma, green tea, and resveratrol. On the surface, each of these weight loss superfoods looks viable, being backed by really convincing documentation. Still, these types of supplements are often met with suspicion, criticism, and even disgust.

While the reputation of this type of safe weight loss product may always be under public scrutiny, the “unsafe” diet pill industry is by no means embraced by all humankind. Far from it. And for this reason, many experts pretty much dog the entire weight loss pill sector of the health and fitness industry.

In my opinion, all of the skepticism surrounding diet pills is very well founded. Anyone can claim anything they want, package garbage, and sell it at a premium. Good advertising can convince most people of anything. Drop a few celebrity endorsements, and voila… you’re rich! Meanwhile, obesity is on the rise and people’s hopes are being shattered. I personally don’t like the diet pill industry as a whole, safe & natural or otherwise.

There are exceptions, of course, but I really wouldn’t put these in the same category. Topping this list of exceptions are fish oil supplements and whole food multivitamins. These work by fully nourishing the body, providing it with everything it needs to function optimally. And when the body is TRULY nourished, it sends a signal to the brain that tells it you are no longer hungry. Proper nutrition is nature’s most powerful appetite suppressant!

To summarize, I believe that no safe weight loss product is really worth being taken seriously. Don’t be duped by great advertising. Use your own sound judgment. And above all else, eat right and exercise. Have you heard this before? Dang right you have. A thousand times, probably. And there’s a good reason for that.

However, there is nothing wrong with choosing safe weight loss products to help you along in reaching your goals. If you’re looking for diet pills, go natural when you can. There are some questionable natural “slimming” ingredients out there, including acai berry and African mango, which have been proven mostly ineffective when it comes to losing weight.

One ingredient you’ll definitely want to keep your eyes open for is hoodia gordonii, as this particular ingredient has been proven effective time and time again.

Health Terms Explained

Monday, February 27th, 2012

By Martin Gover

There was a time it seemed so simple.

Health was…a doctors visit, brush your teeth regularly, some jogging perhaps, a vitamin C and you were set.

Now there vitamins and minerals and herbs and supplements and phytonutrients and macronutrients and micronutrients and – O yes there’s more.

There’s BMI and BCoR Scores and Nutrigenomics and Nutrigenetics and Stress counts and Blood counts and Macronutreinst and Micronutrients.

Then there’s enzymnes and co-enzymnes and oxidants and antioxidants, and – where does all this ‘information stuff ‘ come from?

Well of course it was always there – its just everyone is studying it all more, and finding new terms for things they find. And some things are important and some terms are just – terms.

Here are three of the latest terms, and some explanations.

But first a little clarity: -

Remember good health is common sense, no matter how many new terms ‘THEY’ come up with:-

1) Eat Nutritious food, stay away from fast food as much as possible, eat in moderation. Try to eat in a state of rest. That is be aware you are eating. Eating when stressed and rushed is not a good health choice.

2) Exercise, doesn’t have to be fanatical motions, walk somewhere every day, try to do something that increases your heart beat for 15 minutes 3 times a week (sex doesn’t count! – for exercise that is)

3) Sleep at least 7 hours a day.Sleep is repair time for your body.

4) have a dream, something to look forward to – and find someone who cares about you to share important events with. Something to do, someone to love and something to hope for.

And now back to the heavy stuff:-

Phytonutrients, Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics.

There are Supplements for health, vitamins and minerals and herbs that add to our bodies health. And it is known that supplements from food based (as opposed to chemical, created in a lab somewhere based) are the most effective. Our bodies are designed to extract vitamins from food after all, not lab beakers.

Now they have there are a further type of supplements strictly plant based that in some cases are beneficial and in some cases essential to optimal health.

These supplements are called Phytonutrients.

Nutrigenetics a term first used in 1975 by Dr R.O. Brennan is the study of how genetic differences make people react differently to the same nutrients. In other words just taking vitamins because I or someone else says so, doesn’t mean instant health. Some supplements will work better for you than others. In the same way individual blood types react differently to different foods.

Or to put it another way – we are not mass produced, we are individuals and will tend to have individual reactions to what we do, and some of this can be traced at the genetic level.

Nutrigenomics is the study of how the nutrients we take in interact with our DNA, our very cell structure.Given what was said above with nutrigenetics, that we can react differently to the same nutrients, nevertheless, the nutrients that do work for us in some cases react with our cell structure to produce more than the presumed affect. This is why there is a lot of talk about the positive effects Omega 3 can have, above the basic fact that our body needs Omega 3. And Vitamin D (the sunlight vitamin). Both seem to have far reaching affects (positive, far reaching affects) on our health system.

The immediate market affect of these two studies is to produce a whole batch of ‘personal genetic test’ that are sold to help you pinpoint which supplements are best for you, and what they do for you, in particular. These may or may not be, at this early stage, useful.

If in doubt, go with common sense.

Herbal Remedies For Obesity

Sunday, February 26th, 2012

When the body mass index (BMI) exceeds 25 it is overweight, and when it exceeds 30, it is obesity. Obesity is caused by the excess fat accumulated in the body and can lead to heart ailments, diabetes, cancer and arthritis. Obesity is one of the leading preventable causes of death worldwide, and has come to be viewed as one of the most serious public health problems of the 21st century. Herbal remedies for obesity are much safer and more effective though a number of medicines are available for treating it. Some useful herbal remedies for obesity are described below.

Honey is immensely useful in fighting obesity. Pour a little fresh honey into a glass of warm water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Adding the juice of half a lime to the solution will have a better effect. Two teaspoons of lime juice and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of water, added with some powdered black pepper, will produce a much better result if taken regularly as the first thing in the morning.

Another useful herb is ginger. Chew a thin slice of fresh ginger root a short while before meals. Eating a pinch of grated ginger, mixed with lemon juice and salt will be a more effective variant. Adding ginger and lemon slices to a glass of hot water, letting it remain for some time, and drinking the filtered solution when still warm, will not only be a good cure for obesity but it will also check the tendency to over-eat. Ginger tea, two or three times a day, will also help.

The diet should also include green leafy vegetables, tomatoes and carrots. They are low in calories but high in vitamins and minerals and hence have a high food value. Cabbage is an excellent home remedy for obesity as it contains tartaric acid which prevents conversion of sugar and carbohydrates into fat; it should be added to the meal. Cabbage salad can even be a substitute for a meal occasionally. Eating tomato salad for breakfast can hasten the pace of weight loss. Taking two or three ripe tomatoes, as a substitute for breakfast, for a couple of months, will also be a safe method of weight reduction. Keep a few leaves of Indian Plum soaked in water overnight. Drink the water on an empty stomach in the morning. Continuing this for a month will produce good results. Eating ten to twelve curry leaves every morning for three to four months will also be useful.

Finger millet is yet another food item quite useful in reducing overweight. The carbohydrate in it takes a longer time to get absorbed; this results in a lesser appetite for food. Besides, it also contains plenty of calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1 and B2, all of which make it nutritious. An increased intake of fruits will also be of immense help, so will be the use of vegetable oil instead of butter and ghee. Supplemented with regular exercise, these herbal remedies for obesity are certain to meet success in a matter of months.

Could Your Tap Water Be Making You Gain Weight?

Sunday, February 26th, 2012

By Liam Thompson

Drinking around 3 Litres of water a day is a great way to help you rid yourself of excess body fat, but did you know that the water that comes out of the taps in your house could be doing you more harm than good and actually making you fat. That’s hard to believe isn’t it?

It is also been proven to be detrimental to your health which you can see below. The use of fluoride in water began in the UK about 50 years ago when tests showed that fluoride could be good for teeth, however this was in minuscule amounts and was true only if the fluoride is from a natural source such as calcium fluoride. The fluoride that is added to our drinking water is actually chemically processed and comes from sodium fluoride which is pretty toxic.

Fluoride, both natural and industrial, which is vitally important for people to understand, especially considering the ever increasing weight problems and obesity in this country, was also used for a long time in Europe as a sedative to keep prisoners quiet. According to the Natural Health and Longevity Resource Center in the United States there are also ten major health dangers from drinking fluoride that have been proven by scientific research (pay particular attention to number 6):

Fluoride exposure disrupts the synthesis of collagen and leads to the breakdown of collagen in bone, tendon, muscle, skin, cartilage, lungs, kidney and trachea.

Fluoride stimulates granule formation and oxygen consumption in white blood cells, but inhibits these processes when the white blood cell is challenged by a foreign agent in the blood.

Fluoride lowers your energy reserves and the ability of your white blood cells to properly destroy foreign agents by the process of phagocytosis. As little as 0.2 ppm fluoride stimulates superoxide production in resting white blood cells, virtually abolishing phagocytosis. Even micro-molar amounts of fluoride, below 1 ppm, may seriously depress the ability of white blood cells to destroy pathogenic agents.Fluoride confuses the immune system and causes it to attack the body’s own tissues, and increases the tumor growth rate in cancer prone individuals.

Fluoride inhibits antibody formation in the blood.Fluoride depresses thyroid activity and slows down your metabolism, thereby making you fatter

Fluorides have a disruptive effect on various tissues in the body.Fluoride promotes development of bone cancer.Fluorides cause premature ageing of the human body.

Fluoride ingestion from mouth wash and toothpaste in children is also extremely hazardous to biological development, life span, general health and well-being.

Lets take a look at number 6 in more detail which is related to fat loss and weight management. Without proper functioning of the thyroid, your metabolism will slow down, and you will have less energy. This will also mean it becomes more difficult for you to burn calories, which will be stored as fat instead of being used as energy. Since fluoride is hard for your body to remove, as you continue to ingest it, the increase in your system can cause increased metabolism dysfunction, increased inability to burn fat, and decreased ability to lose weight and ultimately a decreased metabolism. Because of the recent popularity of foods which block iodine from the thyroid, such as soy milk, these risks are even more pronounced since people also think that soy and soy derivatives is a healthy food.

So what can you do about all this?

Basically stop drinking water from your tap and drink bottled natural mineral water instead. It’s not as expensive as you think and you can get 2 Litres for around £0.25 if you buy in pack of 6 from your local supermarket. You can also get a water filter that removes fluoride and some of the impurities that exist if you do decide to use tap water. Most normal home filters like Brita will get rid of impurities but not fluoride. You could also try supplementing with a kelp supplement or sea greens supplement that can add iodine to your diet and stimulate thyroid function.

The Need For A Good Breakfast

Sunday, February 26th, 2012

I have never found it easy to get out of bed in the morning to start my day. I enjoy stealing some extra sleep with the TV tuned to either Fox News or CNBC. The only way either station makes any sense to me is through that fog that is present when you are half asleep and half awake.

I never seem to have time for a healthy and nutritious breakfast because of the extra time I like to take waking up. Like everyone else in this work-a-day world I have a schedule to keep (or should I admit that my schedule keeps me). I know…if I brought the structure of my schedule into my personal life I would be much better off. I will have to cope with the issues I have with breakfast because that is just not the way I am. Is it that bad to go without breakfast??

Simple Fact: Actually, according to WebMD, “If you and your kids regularly skip breakfast in the interest of saving time or getting a few more minutes of sleep, remember that eating a wholesome, nutritious morning meal will probably save you time in the long run. Your efficiency will improve in most things you do if you take the time to recharge your brain and your body.”

Simple Solution: When you don’t have time you can still have a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Try making a delicious breakfast that includes fresh fruit, protein, fiber and milk (I prefer home made soymilk but more about that at a later date). You can make a nutritious and delicious breakfast in about 5 minutes by using a personal blender to blend all of the above ingredients.

Personal blenders, like the Tribest Personal Blender, can help you prepare a breakfast that will not only give you the nourishment you need to start your day it will taste good as well. And the container used by the Tribest Personal Blender has a travel lid so you can just take it with you where ever your travels take you (although we don’t suggest drinking your smoothie if you are driving…there are enough distractions).

Here are some great recipes for smoothie for your new Tribest Personal Blender. These are great for a quick breakfast to start your day or as a nutrious treat at night and your children will enjoy them whenever you make them. With a Tribest Personal Blender your children will be eating health and they won’t even know it. Your Tribest Personal Blender will not limit you to just smoothies. You will be pleasantly surprised at how delicious a healthy breakfast tastes when you try some of these nutritious and healthy recipes!

Weight Loss – Sticking To It While Enjoying A Night Out

Sunday, February 26th, 2012

Copyright © 2012 Jim Belden

Watching what you are eating can be tough at times, and it is especially difficult when you want to eat out. Many restaurants offer meals that are high in fat and full of calories, leaving the dieter feeling deprived and at a loss as to what they should order. If you are facing the frustrations of eating out on a diet, there is hope. Read on to learn some proven methods for adhering to your diet while enjoying a night out at a restaurant.

Review the menu in advance. Take a little time to study the menu and decide on what you plan to eat before you reach the table. This can help you to make a sensible choice that will work with your dietary plan. It will also give you time to consider substitutions and modifications that might make your favorite dish a little more diet-friendly.

Order a lunch portion, child’s portion or appetizer as your main course. Many restaurants offer smaller portions of their most famous dishes as lunch options, appetizers, or children’s portions. When you order these options you can enjoy the food while eating less, meaning you will reduce your intake of fat and calories.

Order your favorite dish without meat. Going vegetarian is a great way to increase the nutritional content of a dish, while reducing calories and fat. Pastas and salads are almost always available as a vegetarian option, and some restaurants offer vegetarian burgers or crumble that can be a replacement for meat in some dishes. Don’t be afraid to ask for the omission of meat, or a substitution for meat, as it will turn your dish into a diet-friendly one.

Ask for a take-out container right away. When you receive the container, take half of your dish and pack it away. This will remind you that you need to stop when you have finished half of your dish, which essentially cuts your intake of fat and calories in half. A bonus is that you will be able to enjoy your favorite dish a second time when you eat the leftovers for lunch the next day.

Avoid buffets whenever possible. Buffets are designed with over-eating in mind. You will usually find that temptation surrounds you at a buffet as you are encouraged to return to the food, taking plate after plate of fattening entrees. If you must visit a buffet, limit yourself to one plate. Fill your plate with vegetables and lean meats, and enjoy only a small portion of dessert.

Drink a glass of water before consuming your meal. Water will help to fill you up and it might just keep you from over-eating. If you want to enjoy your water just a little bit more, make it a seltzer water or ask the waiter for a few slices of fruit in the glass. This can provide you with a calorie-free, refreshing beverage that helps you to control the amount of food you put into your body.

Eating out does not have to mean blowing your diet. If you follow a few simple tips, like the ones outlined here, you can enjoy a night out and remain on course with your eating plan.

And now I invite you to find out more by visiting http://athomefitnesssolutions.com to get started right away to reach your weight loss goals.
