DIET: 20 DIET WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT!

Diet is a very effective way of losing weight and burning unwanted fat in the body. I will have to split the 100 ways into five parts (20 tips each because of space). In this article I will share with you 20 sure diet ways you can burn unwanted fat in the body and lose weight permanently!
- Try as much as possible to avoid fried foods. I do not need to tell you why, it`s obvious!
- Avoid cream sauces like hollandaise and Alfredo. They are full of fat! You should use based sauces instead of cream.
- You can use lemon juice or low sodium soy sauce as flavor.
- Avoid skipping meals. When you skip meals, you tend to eat more at your next meal and might end up eating the wrong meal!
- Always read food labels. Check the fat quantity, sugar and farb quantity.
- Do not buy on impulse. Why should you shop for your needed groceries without a list?
- If you want to go shopping, eat first. Do not go shopping hungry.
- Avoid shopping for groceries more than once in a week. And like i said, only shop with a list.
- When shopping for groceries, head straight to the fruit and vegetables section. Fill your basket with fruits and vegetables and you will not be tempted to purchase binge food.
- If there is a local farmer`s market in your neighborhood where vegetables and fruits are sold, purchase them on regular basis. They are fresh and good for your health!
- Like i said, do your shopping once a week. And make sure you plan it well. If you don`t, you tend to return to the groceries store and get tempted to buy what you don`t need!
- Try as much as possible to vary your foods. Try introducing something new every week. Take note that planning your menu can become boring when you eat same things. Before you know it, the boredom can translate into over-eating. So, try new recipes each week.
- You don`t need processed meal at all! Stay away from them. They are full of fat, sugar and chemicals that are not good for your health.
- Get rid of fast foods from your diet now! You don`t need them to lose weight! Why take them?
- Take more fish but please avoid breading or batters. Fish oil has been proven to be good for the body.
- Take loads of vegetables. You can mix and match fresh vegetables for variety.
- Don`t boiled your vegetables. Instead, steam them. They will taste better and you tend to retain more of the nutritional value!
- Use fat free or low fat salad dressings or you can make your own, using lemon juice, spices and a little amount of olive oil!
- Don`t take soft drinks. Instead, go for water. Don`t even think of the idea of diet drinks. They are all the same!
- Use casseroles to slim down. You can use lean meat and vegetables.
