Things to remember for effective fat free dieting

Have you ever stopped for a while to take a look at the world around you? By doing this, you will realize how large the “community” of obese people have become. Yes, there are campaigns and information all around, about the ways to reduce weight and the perils of being overweight. But, doesn’t it look like no one pays heed to these “warnings”?
Apparently, it feels like people are not interested in stripping off some weight, but the reality is different – they can not lose it! Gaining weight is simple, but getting rid of it is a long row to hoe. But, there are ways that help you make things easier for you, and one good way is to stick with fat free dieting. The concept of fat free dieting is equally beneficial for those who think they have gained weight in last few years as well as for those who think they should do something or they will be the new member of this “community” of obese people.
Actually, you gain weight because you consume more than 30% of fat in your total calories intake. It means, if somehow, you bring this fat percentage down, there will be a reduction in weight. And, that’s what fat free dieting is all about. But, if you are interested in this technique, you better pay attention to these points before jumping in with both feet.
- Eat your food slowly and chew it nicely.
- Your diet should include lots of fruits, vegetables, fish and low fat meats. It is advised to stick with 4-5 small meals than having 3 big meals. Add vegetable salads and fruits to your diet for the sake of valuable fiber. For vegetables, you can add cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, and celery in your diet. These can be combined with olive oil which is perfect for fat free dieting. For fruits, it is a good idea to include apricots, oranges, apples, apricots, and pomegranate in your diet. Your diet should also have right amount of chicken breasts and fish as they are much better than red meat. Moreover, you should design a diet plan that should have whole grain and bran breads; they are especially useful if taken in the breakfast.
- Along with knowing what should be there in your diet, you should also understand what foods are to be avoided in fat free dieting. You should avoid dairy products as they are not fat free foods. Similarly, pies, pastries, candy bars and other bakery stuff should be taken out of your diet.
- Instead of taking lunch outside of your office, it is a better idea to take your lunch with you in the form of fruits, tuna, or chicken breast fillets.
- Stay away from adding supplementary foods to your diet. Foods like diet sodas and diet cottage cheese are not suitable fat free foods. Yes, they come with no sugar, as Aspartame is used to replace sugar. But, they do come with common dairy ingredients that are not good for your fat free dieting.
These are the things that should be kept in mind, but it is advisable to consult with a nutritionist to get a better plan for fat free dieting.
