I think the best way to lose weight and keep it off for good is to eat a well balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables combined with regular exercise. This way you can lose weight and stay healthy.

I lose weight by working out while working on my desk job, I always carry with me to the office some weights, so while I answer the phone I tone my arms. It may sound crazy but it’s true, it keeps me awake too. Especially when I do stretches inside my cubicle.
